Height limit area boundaries are perpendicular to the dimensioned right-of-way/property boundary line or <br />dimensioned height limit area boundary lines at their intersection. <br />4. Height Area E on the west edge is expanded to the entire western strip of the site adjacent to R-2 zoning, beyond <br />the horizontal buffer requirements of EMC 19.22.030 Table 22-4. <br /> <br />
