When not <br />inconsistent with the context, words used in the present tense include the future, words in the <br />singular include the plural, and words in the plural include the singular. The word “person” may <br />be taken for persons, association, firm, partnership or corporation as well as the individual. The <br />masculine includes the feminine. The word “occupied” includes premises designed or intended <br />to be occupied; the word “used” includes designed or intended to be used.
