If KING COUNTY terminates this License Agreement no refund or <br />partial refund of payment would be made upon termination notice for that Season. <br />8.NOTICE. For the purposes of this License Agreement, the Agreement Administrators are <br />Operations Superintendent (Jeff Marrs) for the City, and Jake Finlinson for KING <br />COUNTY. This License Agreement is personal to KING COUNTY and may not be <br />transferred, assigned, conveyed, pledged, encumbered, or hypothecated. <br />10.COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. KING COUNTY shall comply with all applicable local, State, <br />and Federal regulations and laws. <br />11.INSURANCE. KING COUNTY maintains a fully funded Self-Insurance program as defined <br />in the King County Code for KING COUNTY's liabilities, including injuries to persons and <br />damage to property. The City acknowledges, agrees, and understands that the KING <br />COUNTY is self-funded for all of its liabilities, including Workers' Compensation. KING <br />COUNTY agrees, at its own expense, to maintain, through its self-funded program, <br />coverage for all of its liabilities under this License Agreement. KING COUNTY agrees to <br />provide the City with at least 30 days prior written notice of any material change in KING <br />COUNTY's self-funded program and will provide the City with a certificate of self- <br />insurance as adequate proof of coverage. The City further acknowledges, agrees, and <br />understands that KING COUNTY does not purchase Commercial General Liability <br />insurance and is a self-insured governmental entity; therefore, KING COUNTY does not <br />have the ability to add the City as an additional insured. <br />12.NON-INTERFERENCE WITH CITY USE. KING COUNTY's use of the Biosolids Pad shall not <br />interfere in any way with any City, or authorized third party, use of the property, <br />including utilities and travel.
