BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 19, Block 4, Plat of Fairmount, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 91, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, East along the North line of said Lot 19 to the Northeast corner thereof; THENCE, continue East along the Easterly projection of said North line of said lot to intersect the Easterly right of way line of Highway 99; THENCE, Southwesterly along said Easterly right of way line of said highway to the most Westerly corner of Lot 42, Block 1, Plat of Avondale; according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 108, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, Southerly along a line projected from said Westerly corner to the most Northeasterly North corner of that portion of Lot 41, Block 1, Plat of Avondale, lying South of Airport Road; THENCE, West along the North line of said portion of Lot 41 to the most Northwesterly North corner thereof; THENCE, Northwesterly along a line projected from said North corner to the East corner of Lot 3, Block 3, Plat of Avondale; THENCE, Northwesterly along the Westerly right of way line of Airport Road to intersect the Southwesterly projected Northwesterly line of Lot 53, Plat of Paine Field Addition Two, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 12 of Plats, Page 92, records of Snohomish County, Washington; THENCE, Northeasterly along said Southwesterly projection of said Northwesterly line of said Lot 53, and the Northwesterly line thereof to the most Northerly corner of said lot; THENCE, South along the Easterly line of said Lot 53 to the Northwest corner of Lot 19, Block 4, Plat of Fairmount, and the POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH any rights of way, not described above, within or abutting the annexation boundary, and currently under the jurisdiction of Snohomish County. Section 3: Zoning Established That the official zoning map in the Planning and Community Development Department for the City of Everett shall, upon effective date of this ordinance, be amended as herein provided, and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which same is now established, as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, E.M.C.).
