A. Everett/Snohomish County Continuum of Care (CoC) activities, including participation in <br />planning activities, and the annual Point-In-Time (PIT) Count of individuals and families <br />experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness. PIT participation <br />includes the active recruitment of volunteers to conduct the PIT County and submission <br />of PIT project-specific data and information; <br /> <br />B. The Agency shall ensure that appropriate staff attend all applicable trainings and <br />learning opportunities, as identified by the County. In addition, staff that provide direct <br />services and supervise staff who provide direct services and manage homeless grants <br />should receive training and demonstrate competency in, at a minimum: <br /> <br />a. Trauma Informed Services; <br /> <br />b. Supporting victims of domestic violence; <br /> <br />c. Fair Housing; <br /> <br />d. Racial Equity; <br /> <br />e. LGBTQ+ competency; <br /> <br />f. Rapid Rehousing; and <br /> <br />g. Progressive Engagement and Problem-Solving. <br /> <br />C. Attend Coordinated Entry Partnership meetings and Navigator meetings as <br />requested share information about system gaps and recommend next step <br />improvements. <br /> <br />D. Participate in data collection, project evaluation, and professional development <br />opportunities as requested by OCHS or its partners. <br /> <br />
