Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity The Agency agrees that it will assist and cooperate actively with the County, HUD, and the Secretary of Labor in obtaining the compliance of the Agency and subagencies with the statutes and laws referred to in this Section and the rules, regulations, and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor; that it will furnish the County, HUD, and the Secretary of Labor such information as they may require for the supervision of such compliance; and that it will otherwise assist the County, HUD, and the Department of Labor in the discharge of the Department of Labor’s primary responsibility for securing compliance.
