Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />May 15, 2024 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on May 15, 2024. <br />Board Members Franklin, Neyens, Schwab, Vitalich, and Jorve were present. Board Attorney Hall, <br />Ana Mechler and Chelsi Bardwell, Human Resources, and Richard Gray, Finance were also <br />present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of April 17, 2024, were approved. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $720,000.00 <br />March 2024 $71,420.23 <br />Remaining budget $505,739.31 70.24% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,792,000.00 <br />March 2024 $96,038.35 <br />March 2024 HMA fees $14,422.01 <br />Remaining budget $1,356,451.34 75.69% <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Schwab, to approve the pension rolls as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />Moved by Vitalich, seconded by Schwab, to approve the medical claims as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes except Board Member Franklin who was excused. <br />Motion carried.
