EXHIBIT C <br /> TO <br /> COVENANT <br /> MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES <br /> Catch basins adjacent to work area will have inserts installed for the duration of the <br /> project, which will be removed when the project is complete. Catch basin inserts will be <br /> installed prior to clearing and grading activity, or upon placement of a new catch basin. <br /> Sediment shall be removed from the unit when it becomes one-third full or in accordance <br /> with the manufacturer's instructions. Sediment removal shall be accomplished by <br /> removing the inlet inserts, emptying and re-inserting it into the catch basin. Sediment <br /> shall not be washed into storm drains while cleaning. <br /> Straw wattles shall be installed on the site as indicated in the drawing C2. Sediment will <br /> be removed from the up slope side of the compost silt sock when accumulation has <br /> reached 1/2 of the effective height of the sock.
