Addition 4 to Everett , to the South line of the Bailey Addition to Everett, ; 5 also that part of the Pacific Highway, in the City of Everett , 6 lying between the East line of Broadway extended Northerly 7 from Power' s 1st . Addition to Everett , and the East line of 8 the S4"fi of the rvi of Section 17, Township 29, North Range 9 5, E . , W.:7. ; as public streets and highways over and across 10 certain tracts in the City of Everett, providing for the ascer- 11 tainment and payment of F just compensat .o to be made for 12 the land and other property rights taken or damaged thereby, 13 and providing a manner in which costs and expenses of said 14 opening and establishing shall be paid and repealing all ordi- 15 nances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith. 16 WHEREAS, Public necessity demands that Broadway be opened 17 North line of Power' s ?st .
