Regarding the Walmart store located at 1605 SE Everett Mall Way, I have worked with Grace Pollard in <br /> the past on signage for this store, but it looks like she is no longer with your department. <br /> This store will be receiving a new sign package later this year. <br /> Summary: <br /> All existing Walmart signs will be replaced with new signs. <br /> There are currently 5 signs on the building, and the overall square footage is 637.74 SF <br /> All 5 signs will be replaced with 5 new signs, and 1 additional sign is being proposed for the Pharmacy. <br /> Even though there is an additional sign being proposed,the overall square footage is being decreased to <br /> 386.63 SF. <br /> Could someone please provide a preliminary review and confirm whether or not this will require <br /> another modification? Or would we be able to obtain approval administratively? <br /> Also, since the Pharmacy is under a separate license, could that sign be viewed as a tenant sign or <br /> incidental sign? <br /> Proposed new Pharmacy sign,Grocery& Home sign (replaces existing Home& Pharmacy sign), and <br /> Walmart sign (replaces existing Walmart sign): <br />
