Contractor had almost completed placement of mild steel reinforcing bars, for matt and vertical dowels, at the above referenced location when we arrived on site. Representative checked and verified all placements in regard to bar size, grade, count, spacing, and concrete cover conforming the approved project plans (S2.11B, S6.06, 17/S6.06, 20/S6.06).
