Property is a significant hazard to the occupants
as well as first responders to the amount of debris within all areas of the home.***
E7 arrived to find a single family home with several generations living in it. It
was hard to estimate how many people and animals were there because much of the
lighting has shorted out, the house was sectioned off into many different rooms and
not all of the occupants had vacated the structure. We found two electrical panels
that were very obscured by large furniture. The living conditions were filthy,
crowded and unsafe. It was very difficult to navigate the interior of the house and
the garage due to the debris inside.
E7 was directed to the daylight basement of the house by one of the occupants. We
found no smoke or fire but a faint smell of burning plastic or electrical equipment.
rif More remarks?Check this box and attach Supplemental Forms(NFIRS-1S)as necessary.
M Authorization
II II II III II I
Check box if Officer in charge ID Signature Position or rank Assignment Month Day Year
same asOfficer in I
charge,4.Di BA033411 II II Iu LI I I
Member making report ID Signature Position or rank Assignment Month Day Year
3 i Printed 13:09 03/04/2019
