Property is a significant hazard to the occupants <br /> as well as first responders to the amount of debris within all areas of the home.*** <br /> E7 arrived to find a single family home with several generations living in it. It <br /> was hard to estimate how many people and animals were there because much of the <br /> lighting has shorted out, the house was sectioned off into many different rooms and <br /> not all of the occupants had vacated the structure. We found two electrical panels <br /> that were very obscured by large furniture. The living conditions were filthy, <br /> crowded and unsafe. It was very difficult to navigate the interior of the house and <br /> the garage due to the debris inside. <br /> E7 was directed to the daylight basement of the house by one of the occupants.
