Electrical wiring and equipment is visible in several of the photos including : Exposed wiring with open splices,
Flexible cords used for permanent wiring, Damaged electrical outlets and lighting fixtures.
These electrical defects are violations of code and are Unsafe equipment as defined by code. IPMC section 108.1.2
All of the photos show a lack of maintenance, disrepair, and likely unsanitary conditions, The structure appears
to have many conditions that are defined as "Unfit" as outlined in IPMC section 108.1.3
I fully support and applaud your efforts to abate these conditions.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Regards
Ted M. de Budden
OrjE7T Chief Inspector
Public Works
(425) 257-7271
tbudden@everettwa.gov
3200 Cedar St. Everett WA. 98201
www.everettwa.gov
91
NOTICE: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure
pursuant to the Public Records Act.
From: Eileen Hinkley <EHinkley@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Thursday, February 21, 2019 3:41 PM
To: Ted de Budden <TBudden@everettwa.gov>
Subject: CE19-0128 11329 2nd Ave SE
Hi Ted,
This one is a doozyl I have attached photos.
