SE, permit B20 21 <br />You can set up a Virtual Counter meeting with <br />our reviewers through the Permit Services <br />portion of the City of Everett website. This will <br />allow you the opportunity to speak to reviews <br />from all departments. <br />FYI - Depending on how your drawings look, <br />they may need to be revised (or at least <br />redlined) to remove the "future garage". The <br />drawings should generally only show the existing <br />condition and the proposed modifications under <br />the current permit application. Some indication <br />of future work may be okay, but we principally <br />need to evaluate the conditions that will exist <br />under the current proposal. This can be <br />addressed further once we review the submitted <br />drawings.
