r v 11 it ORDINANCE N 0 .._ 2103 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Cleveland Avenue between 21st and 22nd. , by clearing, grubbing, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete walks and curbs and gutters 1 1 at curb line, installation of necessary drainage, a rd doing all 2 other work necessary to make a complete improvement, creating an 3 assessment district, creating a Local Improvement District :und 4 therefor and providing that payment for said improvement be made 5 by special assessment on the property in said district under the 6 mode of payment by bonds, 7 Whereas, a majority petition of the property owners , 8 petitioning for said improvement has heretofore been filed with the 9 Commissioner of Public Works, and the said Commissioner has found 10 the things set forth in said petition to be true, and, 11 Whereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has filed 12 with the City Council, all data and information as required by law, 13 14 and, Whereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has re- 15 commended to the City Council that said improvement petitioned for 16 be made and it appearing to the City Council that public convenience 17 and necessity requires such improvement to be made, now therefore, 18 19 TI-.E CITY OF E_ETT DOES ORDAIN 20 Section 1 : That Cleveland Avenue between 21st and 21 22 22nd be improved by clearing, grubbing , grading to proper grade, 23 construction of concrete walks and curbs and gutters at curb line, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work necess- 24 11 25 ary to make a c ompl et e improvement according to the plans and 26 specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, 27 which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. 28 29 30 -1- 31
