Grady Way, Suite 120 use middle driveway off 7100 Hardeson Road <br /> Renton,WA 98057 Everett,WA <br /> Project Number: M7211390 <br /> Permit No.: B2101-003 <br /> EARTHWORK OBSERVATION <br /> Observed native subgrade conditions for various areas at the Merrill Creek Community Transit Maintenance and <br /> Operations Base expansion located at 7100 Hardeson Road, Everett, WA. Construction documents referenced for <br /> today's inspection include Conformed plan set dated 06/18/21. Earthwork was performed by Fabor Construction. <br /> Native material exposed north of existing building was brown silty sand with gravel. Identified an area that <br /> appears unconsolidated and loose. Probed the entire area with a 1/2" diameter T-handled probe rod with severe <br /> penetration. Contractor will remove unsatisfactory material and replace with filter fabric, quarry spalls, and <br /> crushed rock. Will return to document and observe earthwork repair operation. Approximate grid lines of <br /> unsatisfactory area: FF-L/82-83. <br /> Native material exposed west of proposed building expansion was brown silty sand with gravel. Probed the entire <br /> area with a 1/2" diameter T-handled probe rod with minimal to no penetration. Approximate grid lines of work <br /> area: 1-2, west of grid line Q.
