EXHIBIT A1 <br />City of Everett – Replacement of Reservoir 3 <br />Contract Amendment No 1 11 Scope of Services <br />c. Consultant shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of construction <br />Contractor(s) or other parties on the project. <br />d. Observations will be performed in accordance with industry-recognized standard <br />practices. <br />10. Structural Support Services (Structural Subconsultant): <br />a. Participate in up to three weekly progress meetings. <br />b. Provide up to 40 hours of submittal reviews. <br />c. Provide up to 40 hours of RFI reviews. <br />d. Provide up to 10 site visits to perform structural observations. <br />e. 16 hours has been budgeted to prepare record drawings of structural sheets <br />based on redlines provided by the Contractor. <br />11. Geotechnical Support Services (Geotechnical Subconsultant) <br />a. Review up to 10 RFIs or Submittals. <br />b. Participate in up to 5 virtual meetings (weekly construction meetings or other) <br />c. Conduct up to 4 site visits to perform geotechnical observations. <br />12. Substantial Completion Inspection and Final Completion Inspection will occur at the <br />project site, will involve up to three HDR team members, and will last up to 4 hours each. <br />13. Contractor will red-line a full size hard copy of the construction contract documents <br />documenting any changes in what is constructed in comparison to the design drawings. <br />14. Record drawings will be based on Contractor redlines and will be completed within 3 <br />months of the date of receipt of all of the marked-up prints and other necessary data <br />from Contractor. Two hours per sheet have been budgeted CAD and 1 hour per sheet <br />budgeted for Project Engineer to review and 10 hours for review by the Deputy PM. <br />15. Additional or extended services will be provided under a separate negotiated contract <br />amendment during construction if necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of <br />HDR. <br />Deliverables: <br />1.
