The replacement will improve the performance of the sewer <br />system and protect public health, private property, and water quality in Beverly Lake. <br />The project will include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to <br />realign and replace pipes and structures to bring sewage to a proposed centralized lift <br />station. Construction will include 480 linear feet of water service and approximately 700 <br />linear feet of sanitary sewer main, 560 linear feet of sewer force main, 6-48” Sewer <br />Manholes, Lift Station Below and Above-Grade, 415 ton of Hot-Mix-Asphalt (HMA), 950 <br />feet of electrical conduit, 1 each Electrical Junction Box and other such appurtenances. <br />The project will incorporate trenchless technology to minimize the environmental <br />impacts as well as impacts to local residents. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize a call for bids for the Beverly Lake Sewer Replacement project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
