Here is a link to our building permit <br /> application: https:Heverettwa.gov/DocumentCenterNiew/27476 <br /> We do not need a contractor listed but we must have approval from the Owner- Tenant <br /> Letter for occupying space. <br /> Once you have this information prepared, you can email everything in <br /> to Perm itServices(a-)-everettwa.gov. We will route for review and approval and then <br /> contact you for permit fees due. Once the fees have been paid, we will issue your <br /> permit and then you can schedule the inspection for CO. Once you have passed the <br /> inspection, we will generate a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> I hope this helps!
