LS #22 BY-PASS <br /> Description: Construct a by-pass gravity sewer to eliminate Lift Station No. 22. <br /> Construction would also include improvements to the stormwater drainage system <br /> in this area. <br /> Location: Magnolia Avenue, just west of Beverly Lane <br /> Justification: (Need/Demand) Lift Station #22 is an older sewage lift station, <br /> constructed in the mid 1960s. Recent sewer construction in the area would allow <br /> a gravity by-pass to be constructed, thus eliminating a lift station. The project is <br /> cost effective by eliminating a pump station, and the necessary improvements <br /> and operating costs.
