I ORDINANCE N O. f+Cic+___• An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 383 for the 1 improvement of Virginia Avenue from the North line of Hewitt Avenue to the center line of 16thtreet by the removal of old 2 I 3 lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs, 4 construction of suitable pavement , installation of necessary 5 drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing all other 6 work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- 7 went under Ordinance No.2.042 of the City of Everett, levying an 8 assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts 9 and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the 10 issuance of bonds therein and fixing the date for the issuance 11 thereof. 12 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES acDAIN 13 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll 14 j of Local Improvement District No.383 for the improvement of 15 Virginia Avenue from the north line of Hewitt Avenue to the center 16 j line of 16th Street by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper 17 grade, construction of concrete curbs, construction of suitable 18 pavement, installati on of necessary drainage, making necessary 19 water main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection 20 therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2042 21 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same 22 is hereby, in all things approved and confirmed. 23 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 24 of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to 25 be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount 26 charged against the sane, and that the assessment appearing against 27 the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing 28 29 30 • 31
