Street by 1 clearing, grubbing, removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, 2 installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main 3 changes and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith 4 to make a complete improvement , all in accordance with Resolution 5 170. 3011 of the City of Everett, creating an assessment district, 6 creating a Local. Improvement District wand therefor, providing 7 that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the 8 property in said district by the mode of payment by bonds. 9 Whereas by Resolution T0.3011 of the City of Everett, 1.0 the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order it the improvement of AcDou all Avenue from 16th Street to the S outh 12 line of 15th Street by clearing, grubbing, removal of old lumber, 13 grading to proper grade, installation of necessary drainage, making 14 necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary 15 in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance 16 with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now 17 therefore, 18 THE CITY OF EV + ETT DOES ORDAIN : 19 Section 1 That Mc Dougall Avenue from 16th Street 20 to the South line of 15th Street be improved by clearing, grubbing, 21 removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, installation of 22 necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing 23 all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete 24 improveaent according to the plans and specifications prepared by 25 the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby 26 adopted and approved. 27 28 29 -1. 30 31
