This is Yin with City of Everett. I just want to follow up our call yesterday. <br /> 1. The permit you mentioned is plumbing permit, and it is finalized and inspected by Jeff. However, a plumbing <br /> permit does not help to change this single-family house into a WABO. So Jeff suggested building permit which <br /> will legally change this house into a AFH. Our building inspector will go to on site and inspect the building <br /> elements, like grab bar, walkin shower etc. <br /> 2. Based on our call,there is NO scope on upper floor. Only lower level bathroom will be a accessible bathroom for <br /> AFH. <br /> 3.
