8 of 23 <br /> Monday, April 17, 2023 <br /> R&R CREW RESPONSIBILITIES & DETAILS: <br /> -Crew will install 7 3" Helical Piles to Stabilize structure only <br /> -Crew will remove&replace 4(roughly 2x2 area's)in concrete slab to allow for pile installation <br /> -Crawlspace Height is 18"-24"tall <br /> -Footing Depth is 2' deep <br /> -Crawlspace access is located on exterior <br /> -Crew will lay plastic out for all excavated soils and debris <br /> HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> -Have work area cleared of furniture and or materials where piles will be installed along the interior of garage. <br /> -Have necessary landscaping&plants removed in designated locations piles will be installed prior to crew's arrival. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFO: <br /> -R&R will handle necessary permit and engineering coordination. <br /> -25%deposit,25%upon issue of permit and final 50%upon completion of project. <br /> -Permit cost is not included and will be billed on second 25%deposit payment. <br /> -Homeowner understands permit process may require the hiring of a Geotechnical Engineer and or a WABO certified special <br /> inspector billed at additional fees depending on municipality. <br /> -Responsible party representative must be onsite during crew arrival, project completion and foundation lifting if applicable. <br /> -Permitting/scheduling times may vary beyond R&R control <br /> Material Clause: <br /> -Depth Clause: Piles are bid to 25 foot maximum depth. $20 per foot charge beyond that. <br /> -Homeowner will be notified if any unexpected items arise and no additional work will be completed without homeonwer <br /> approval <br />
