For example if would an antenna in top of the roof ... would
be considered part of the building height. Would the planning division get together and decide if that's a part of building
or not.
All I am saying, classification are so vague and division departments are making this decision based on their personal
opinion.
At the end of the day, my home is not blocking any views where it sits with railing. Also, the city should consider,l that I
am trying to clean that section of the neighborhood. Before I bought the property, there was homeless camp at that
location and full of drug addicts. As a neighborhood, it was decided that I should demo the house and not wait till my
permits were approved. I did demo the building early so we don't have uninvited guests in that area and city if
Everett. It cost be more as well but I did for the betterment of the area.
All I ask is for a reconsideration since planning division decided on if railing is part of it or not. So based on that it seems
like the decision could gone either way.
Thanks for reconsideration, all your insight and help during the entire project process.
Thanks,
Shy Gounder
Get Outlook for Android
From: Dennis Osborn <DOsborn@everettwa.gov>
Sent: Tuesday, September 14, 20219:24:32 AM
