Thanks for providing the info. I was under thelmpressi on that ailings won't count to the structure. That the
impression I got when we had our initially conversation. Plus I plan to have glass rail ng...tlon't know If that makes a
tliRerence.
This will Impact the building design a lot.
Can you please refer me to the building cotle which references rooftop railing so I can pass onto my architect.
Can we have a phone call on Monday regartlingth is design issue.
Thanks,
Shy GSunder
Get Outlook for Android
From: Dennis Osborn mosbom0ew rettwa.eov>
Sent Friday, September 10, 20213:22:41 PM
TO: Shy pounder<shygshyna
[c Rakeeb Khan <RKban(deverettwa.gov>
Subject: 1020 Silver take Road
HI Shy
Sorry aboutthe delay on reviewingyour building plans, two reason: first, the proposed roof railing laid to internal
dissuasion aboutwhether it, counted toward the building height and 2ix 1 have been away from the office fora couple of
weeks. In summary, the proposed railing on the roof does count as part of the structure and therefore, the prayed
design exceeds the height lmi[ of 20 feet This will need to be corrected In addition if the proposed height of the
structure is within one foot of the maximum height, a building beigbt survey is reached. I have attached this for your
consideration. The height survey begins on page 4.
Hope this helps
Tbankyou
— Dennis Osborn
- Planner I Community, Planning and Economic Day.
425-257-7176 12930 Wei Suite SA, Everett, WA 90201
AIFF PyorpUptoagow I Face ook I Twitter
