ORDINANCE No. 2068— <br /> An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Wall Street <br /> from the west line of Hoyt Avenue to the center line of Nassau, by <br /> removal of old lumber, trees, grading to proper grade, construction <br /> 11 <br /> of Portland Cement concrete pavement , 48 feet wide, from the west <br /> 2 , <br /> line of Hoyt to the east line of Rucker, 48 feet wide from the west <br /> 3 1 line of Rucker to the east line of Grand; 32 feet wide from the west <br /> 4 <br /> line of Grand to the center line of Nassau; construction of concrete <br /> 51 <br /> 1 curbs, where same are not in place, removal of concrete walks, Hoyt <br /> 6 <br /> to Rucker, and between Norton and Nassau; construction of 6 foot <br /> 7 <br /> concrete walks from Hoyt to Grand, excepting 120 feet east of Grai d <br /> 8 <br /> on the North side of Wall Street and 5 foot walks from Grand to <br /> 91 <br /> Nassau, walks to be next to curbs; installation of necessary drat - <br /> 10 <br /> age, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work <br /> 11 4 <br /> necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all <br /> 12 <br /> in accordance with resolution No. 2990 of the City of Everett ; creat- <br /> 131 <br /> 1 ing an assessment district , creating a Local Improvement District, <br /> 14 <br /> further, therefore, providing that said improvement be made by special; <br /> 15 <br /> assessment upon the property of said district under the mode of nay- <br /> 16 <br /> 1 ment be bonds, <br /> 17 <br /> 18 I Whereas, by resolution No. 2990 of the City of Everett, <br /> 19 the City Counsel of Everett has declared its intention to order the <br /> 20 improvement as above outlined and doing all other work essary in <br /> 21 connection therewith to make. a4complete impr ov.ement in .acc0r :ance' <br /> 22 ' with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now, <br /> 23 therefore, <br /> 24 THE CITY OP EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 25 Section 1; That Wall Street , from the west line of Hoyt to <br /> 26 the center line of Nassau be improved by the removal of old lumber, <br /> 27 removal of trees, grading to proper grade, construction of Portland <br /> 28 cement concrete pavement 48 feet wide from the west <br /> 29 <br /> line of Hoyt Avenue to the east line of Rucker Avenue, 48 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br />
