FARRINGTON AIR QUALITY SERVICES <br /> Ex cutiv Summary <br /> 1) General Information <br /> a) This report is based on actual field readings taken during operation unless otherwise noted. <br /> Work was completed on: 06/17/24 <br /> b) Equipment is inspected for proper and safe operation unless noted in this summary or the <br /> associated data contain herein <br /> c) Work requiring adjustments will be performed to+/-10%of the design value unless other <br /> specifications require increased/decreased tolerances and approval by the Engineer of <br /> Record (EOR)or Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Flow rates were measured with <br /> calibrated instruments and are listed on the tool summary <br /> d) All suggestions to further improve performance or function need to be fully vetted and <br /> verified by all interested parties(i.e. Engineer, Owner,Tenant, Contractor) <br /> e) Deficiencies noted throughout this report are the responsibility of the parties having an <br /> interest in them and are not to be corrected by the TAB team unless instructed in the <br /> contract documents. Notes are added for clarification as applicable <br /> f) Design information is drawn from various sources to include, but not limited to: Drawings, <br /> specifications, user manuals,shop drawings,submittals,service history, legacy documents, <br /> and oral & photographic information.Additionally, unspecified values may be field <br /> determined as required in the absence of engineered values, based on current best <br /> practices <br /> 2) Scope of the Project <br /> a) Inspection of mechanical equipment for proper installation and safe operation <br /> b) Verify airflows/water flows and offer suggestions as required <br /> c) Correct any deficiencies if possible <br /> d) Provide the owner with a certified TAB report demonstrating the actual airflow <br /> 3) System Description <br /> a) Thirty(30) dual duct variable air volume terminal units served by existing Built-up air <br /> handling unit <br /> b) Bathroom ceiling exhaust fans controlled by local disconnect <br /> 4) Findings <br /> a) All systems operate as designed and were set within design tolerance <br /> b) Exhaust fan speeds were set using installed speed potentiometer <br /> c) Any deficiencies will be attached to Tab report <br />
