Acknowledgement, Incorporation by Reference, and Execution The Office of Public Defense {OPD) and Recipient acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement and attachments and execute this Agreement as of the date the last signatory signed. The rights and obligations of both parties to this Agreement are governed by this Agreement and the following other documents incorporated by reference: Exhibit A, Special Terms and Conditions, and Exhibit B, General Terms and Conditions.
