The <br />programmed available funding for the project is $1,400,000. <br />Amendment No. 4 is for additional funding awarded by Ecology and increasing the <br />agreement total eligible cost from $1,177,030.67 to $1,211,783.67. <br /> <br /> <br />Project summary statement: <br />The PGB Outfalls WQ Treatment Retrofit Project involved the construction of four <br />Modular Wetlands stormwater treatment units along outfalls in the vicinity of West <br />Marine View Drive, which have now been completed. The City requested additional <br />grant funding from Ecology to reimburse unanticipated project costs due to additional <br />required cultural resources processes during construction. Ecology has agreed to grant <br />additional funding in the amount of $34,753.00. These additional funds will not require <br />a recipient match. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. WQC-2019-EverPW- <br />00052 with the Washington State Department of Ecology. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
