ORDINANCE NO. 2382-99 AN ORDINANCE creating a special construction fund entitled "CIP III - Public Works Projects" Fund 303, Program 021, authorizing the design and construction of various improvements funded by the Capital Improvement Program III and repealing Ordinance 2216-97. WHEREAS, the City of Everett has developed Capital Improvement Program III outlining public works capital improvements to serve the needs of the residents of Everett; and WHEREAS,the City of Everett desires to continue working on the Public Works projects included in Capital Improvement Program III; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special construction fund is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 021, entitled "CIP III - Public Works Projects" to accumulate all costs for improvement projects funded by the City of Everett Capital Improvement Program Ill and repealing Ordinance 2216-97. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 021, for design and construction of CIP III improvement projects. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under the direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of$863,934 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 021, entitled "CIP III - Public Works Projects" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Program 021, Public Works Projects $ 863,934 Total Estimated Cost $ 863,934
