Frac of Lot 10 366 "K" 9 11 to 16 Incl. hl "K" 17 to 22 Incl. 367 "K" 10 I:rac of Lot 23 fail 11 Section 4 : A special fund is hereby created to be 12 called Local Improvement District :7u.nd No. 384 which shall 13 consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied 14 and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in 15 ' said Local Improvement District and the proceeds of the sale of 16 the bonds of said district for the -)ur2ose of defraying the cost 17 and expenses of such improvement . Out of said fund shall be paid 18 the bonds, the interest thereon and the entire cost of such 19 1 improvement. 20 Section 5 : The cost and expense of such improvement 21 shall be defrayed by special assessments, payable in ten equql 22 annual installments with interest thereon at the rate of seven 23 (7) per cent per annum, under the mode of payment by bonds as 24 25 provided by law and the ordinances of said city. Bonds bearing 26 interest at the rate of seven (7) Per cent per annum, payable on 27 or before twelve (12) years from date of issue shall be issued 28 in payment of the cost and expense of such improvement .
