An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.382, for the improvement of Walnut Street from the pavement on 16th Street 1 to Everett, Avenue by removal of old lumber, grading to proper 2 grade, construction of concrete curbs, con struction of concrete 31 or other suitable pavement of such width as will come within the 4 limit of the assessment, installation of necessary drainage, 5 1 making necessary water main changes, and doing all other work 6 necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2035 7 1 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof 8 1 against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on 9 , said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and 10 fixing the date of the issuance thereof. 11 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES CIRDAIN : 12 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll 13 of Local Improvement District No.382, for the improvement of 14 77 alnut Street from the pavement on 16th Street to Everett Avenue 15 by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of 16 concrete curbs, construction of concrete or other suitable pavement 17 of such width as will come within the limit of the assessment, 18 installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main 19 changes, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete 20 improvement under Ordinance No.2035 of the City of Everett, as 21 the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things 22 approved and confirmed. 23 Section 2 : Thateach of the lots, tracts and parcels 1 24 of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to 25 be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amomt 26 charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against 27 the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon 28 29 -1- 30 31
