7.7 - <br /> .0 <br /> 4 <br /> alvrIAITE NO. <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.382, for <br /> the improvement of Walnut Street from the pavement on 16th Street <br /> 1 to Everett, Avenue by removal of old lumber, grading to proper <br /> 2 grade, construction of concrete curbs, con struction of concrete <br /> 31 or other suitable pavement of such width as will come within the <br /> 4 limit of the assessment, installation of necessary drainage, <br /> 5 1 making necessary water main changes, and doing all other work <br /> 6 necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2035 <br /> 7 1 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof <br /> 8 1 against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on <br /> 9 , said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and <br /> 10 fixing the date of the issuance thereof. <br /> 11 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES CIRDAIN : <br /> 12 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll <br /> 13 of Local Improvement District No.382, for the improvement of <br /> 14 77 alnut Street from the pavement on 16th Street to Everett Avenue <br /> 15 by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of <br /> 16 concrete curbs, construction of concrete or other suitable pavement <br /> 17 of such width as will come within the limit of the assessment, <br /> 18 installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main <br /> 19 <br /> changes, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete <br /> 20 improvement under Ordinance No.2035 of the City of Everett, as <br /> 21 the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things <br /> 22 <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> 23 Section 2 : Thateach of the lots, tracts and parcels 1 <br /> 24 of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to <br /> 25 <br /> be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amomt <br /> 26 <br /> charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against <br /> 27 <br /> the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> -1- <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br />
