An Ordinance amending z,ection 3 of Ordinance No.1932 relative to the licensing of pool tables, billiard tables, piegon hole 1 tables, card tables, ten pin alleys, box ball or bowling alleys 2 and soft drink places. 3 ' THE CITY OF ET ETT DOES ORDAIN : 4 ' section 1 : That ;section 3 of Ordinance No.1932 be and 5 ; the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 6 3 Any person, firm, corporation or other "S action 7 association of persons desiring a license to carry on any of the 8 businesses mentioned in this ordinance shall make a written 9 application therefor to the City Council of Everett, stating 10 the name of the applicaiat, address, whether a corporation, firm, 11 or other association of persons. The name and address of each 12 member thereof together with a statement of the business to be 13 carried on and the addresses of such person or persons for 14 !: six ( 6) months predeeding such application. :aid if, after 15 investigation it shall be satisfactorally shown to the City 16 Council that any person, firm, corporation or other association 17 of persons making application for licenses to carry on any 18 of the businesses mentioned in this ordinance has been convicted 19 of a violation of any of the provisions of Ordinance 1.0.1852 20 relative to intoxicating liquors or of any of the provisions of 21 section 5 of Ordinance iio.1599 relative to gambling, then, none 22 of the licenses provided for in this ordinance shall be granted 23 to such person, firm, corporation or other association of 24 25 ; �ersons p . 26 Mayor or 27 Passed: Feb. 13th, 1923 28 .Lt t e st: 29 City ,Clerk 30 yublished: Feb. 15th , 192 , 31
