ORDINANCE NO . 2p:44 In Ordinance creating and establishing in the Treasury of the City of Everett a special fund which shall be known as " Everett Water System Construction Fund." 2 Whereas, at a special election held in the City of 3 Everett, Snohomish County, rashington on Tvember,7,l922, under 4 and -cursuent to Ordinance No.2045 of said city, passed September, 5 26,1922, a majority of the quali fi ed voters of said city voting 6 at said election voted In Favor of the plan for making additions, 7 betterments, extensions and improvements to the present water 8 supply system of the City of Everett as set forth in said Ordinance 9 j No.2O45 of said city and In Favor of the issuance and sale of 10 Special Water everue Fund hors in the sum of y'350,0OO.00, accord_ 11 ing to the terms set forth in said ordinance, to pay for the making 12 of said additions, betterments, extensions and improvements, and, 13 hereas, it is provided in Section 9 of said 14 Ordinance No.2045 of said city that if said plan above mentioned 15 be adopted and ratified by the voters that the City Council of 16 the City of Everett be authorized to create in the Treasury of the 17 City of Everett, three special funds, one of which shall be known 18 as " Everett Water System Construction Fund ", now therefore, 19 THE CITY OP EVERETT DOES OTDAIN : 20 Section 1 : That there be and hereby is created 21 in the `.Treasury of the City of Everett a special fund to be known 22 as a Everett `,rater System Constructi on Fund ".
