® 41 That the City acquire by purchase or c ondemnati on for park purposes and bathing beach, a tract of land descri bed as follows: ( copy description ) That the City expend in the Eiverview Park, by clearing seeding and construction of road-ways, play-grounds and such other improve- ments as are usually and customarily found in such parks at an estimated cost of $10,000.00, That the City expend in the improvement of corest Park by the construction of roads, clearing lands, construction of animal cages, play -houses and play grounds and the installation of such other improve- ments as are ordinarily and customarily found in public parks the estimates sum of 13,000.00. That the city improve the Oakes Avenue park by the construction therein of playgrounds for children, including wading-pools and the like, and the erection of a band-stand and such other improvements as are ordinarily and customarily found in such parks all an estimated cost of , and provided further, should there be any surplus remaining as to any of such improvements as hereinbefore described the said Aix surplus may be transferred to the payment of any deficiencies that may result from the acquisition or construction of any of the other items herein set forth Section 2 : That said proposition be submitted to December and , the voters at a special election to be held on44764fi*,1922 in the various election precincts into which the city is divided and the city L lerk shall give notice of the submittion of said proposition as required by law.
