• 2615 BROADWAY •
EVERETT, WA 98201
Rainbow Federal, Inc. conducted a site visit where we took measurements of the building, noted wall heights, lineal
feet of curbs, number of penetrations and any irregular conditions. He reported that the structure was sound and
he did not find any areas that were"soft" or that would need to be replaced.
A core cut sample was taken from the roof to determine the existing roof system. There is one (1)existing Built-Up
asphalt roof system,'A" perlite cover board,3"of insulation and a rosin paper separator sheet all over a plywood
roof deck. The entire existing roof system measures 4"thick.
/11
t 01
y'.
'y
r
He noted any non-typical conditions that would need specific detailing, which are as follows:
• Steel structures that the larger units sit on. Some have less clearance above the existing roof than others.
They all have posts that penetrate the roofing that will need to be roofed in watertight.
•
.` z,•.. - e""-' -- -_.i _. •
-741
_
• A portion of the front wall has asphalt shingles installed. Where the new TPO membrane meets this
condition,it will need to be tied in correctly to make it watertight.
• fly _
l I t
