All corrections must be completed and <br />confirmed before job can move forward. Make sure to obtain mechanical permit before next inspection. <br />Multiple corrections, list is not exhaustive. <br />Vent for main floor middle bath shower ties into toilet vent in crawlspace below flood level. <br />Vent for main floor powder bath toilet needs to be rolled above centerline of drain, This requires a 90 to horizontal off toilet flange with a wye rolled <br />above centerline. <br />Multiple nail plates need to cover 11/2" beyond outside of pipe for pex and ABS within 1" of stud face. <br />NE main floor bath shower vent has san tee on its side, in crawlspace. Must be wye rolled above centerline or greater. <br />Support all pex every 32" on horizontally and all ABS DWV every 4' horizontally, crawlspace and everywhere else. <br />Basement area; <br />Tub vent needs to roll above centerline of drain. <br />HWT relief line must be 3/4" CPVC or copper from valve to termination. Do to length of run a minimum 2" hub drain will be needed to receive relief <br />line discharge. Ok AAV for hub drain. Hub drain needs a trap primer installed be final.
