City of Everett policy is that the electrical permit will not be issued until the building permit has been applied for, reviewed, approved, and issued since the area of work is an area where a building permit is required. This policy is to uphold public safety and avoid dangerous situations of unlawful construction that may or may not be able to be permitting in the future. Until we know that the proposed work is viable and permitted, all associated work shall not be performed. Please let us know if you have any further
