2.0 CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY <br />This section contains the following information: <br />2.1 Analysis of the Minimum Requirements <br />Refer to the minimum requirements flow chart included in this report for additional information. <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br />How PROJECT HAS ADDRESSED REQUIREMENT <br />No. 1: Preparation of <br />This Minimum Requirement has been fulfilled by the <br />Stormwater Site Plans <br />preparation and completion of this Stormwater Site Plan. <br />No. 2: Construction <br />A completed Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br />Stormwater Pollution <br />Plan (SWPPP) is included in Section 6.0. <br />Prevention (SWPPP) <br />No. 3: Source Control of <br />Source Controls, such as good housekeeping and other <br />Pollution <br />maintenance procedures are detailed in Appendix C of this <br />report. <br />No. 4: Preservation of Natural <br />This redevelopment project will allow runoff to continue to be <br />Drainage Systems and <br />collected by on -site catch basins and conveyed to the existing <br />Outfalls <br />on -site stormwater conveyance system. The existing <br />conveyance system will continue to discharge to the existing <br />detention and water quality pond before flowing into the City <br />storm system (48") within Hardeson Rd. This City system flows <br />northerly emptying into Merrill and Ring Creek, which in turn <br />discharges into Possession Sound. <br />No. 5: On -site Stormwater <br />The stormwater runoff associated with this project will be <br />Management <br />collected and transported via a system of proposed catch <br />basins and underground storm pipes prior to connecting to the <br />existing storm conveyance system which routes runoff to an <br />existing proprietary water quality treatment facility prior to an <br />existing detention and water quality pond, then released to the <br />natural drainage system and outfall mentioned above. The <br />geotechnical engineering report completed by Terra <br />Associates, Inc. analyzes the existing soils capacity for <br />infiltration and finds that onsite infiltration is infeasible.
