Describe your execution, <br />management, and control of the project. <br />Response: TNCG understands the scope of work, which includes five key <br />phases and special services, which may include the need for the design <br />and construction of high-risk or high-priority items within the City of <br />Everett facilities. Our project approach for each phase is outlined below. <br />Phase I – Investigation and Research - Project Initiation <br />TASK 1 - Our work would begin with a Project Initiation meeting with the <br />following tasks: <br />• Introduce TNCG team members and reiterate their roles. <br />• Introduction of the City of Everett Transit project staff. <br />• Review the scope of work with the City of Everett and clarify <br />overall project objectives and project objectives for each phase. <br />• Identify the key contact(s) with whom TNCG would work and <br />ongoing communication protocols. <br />• Review timeline and project tasks. <br />• Establish a schedule for monthly meetings.
