There is no <br />contract formed until the Effective Date. <br />18.11 CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION <br />Contractor represents and warrants it is a contractor duly registered and in good standing with <br />the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. <br />END OF SECTION 00 72 00
