w • THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:w Section 1 : That there be and is hereby levied upon the real and personal property in the City of Everett or subject to taxation therein, a general property tax, for municipal purposes for the ensuing year commencing January First , 1923, of $302,974,00, Section 2 : Said taxes shall be apportioned to the various funds of said city for said year as foli ows: (1 ) General. Current Expense Fund $137,000400 (2) Library Fund 12,178,00 (3) Int. Gen. Mun. Ftnding Bonds 30,650,00 (4) Sinking Fund Mun. " " 30,446.00 - (5) Park Fund (operation) 9,140,00- ( 8) Park Bond. Int . Fund 2,850,00 (7) Firemen's R & P Fund 3.044,00 (8) General Water Bond Interest Fund. 30,466,00 (9) Retirement Warrant Debt 45,700.00 (10)City Property Assessment & Red. Fund 1500.00 Total $302,974,00 Section 3 : That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to certify to the County Assessor, a copy of this Ordinance in order that the same may be extended upon the general assessment roll of said County in the same manner and at the same time that the levy for state and coutty purposes is extended. Section 4 : That the said tax shall be collected and paid into the City Treasury at the time and in the manner provided by the late of the State of Washington, relating to the collection of taxes in cities of the first class.
