JP ORDINANCE NO. 2044 _. An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 78 for the improvement of Maple Street from 23rd Street to Everett Avenue by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construe- tion of concrete curbs, construction of Portland cement concrete pavement, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance I?o.2027 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shorn on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date for the issuance thereof. 10 THE CI TY OP EVEPETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll '2 of Local Improvement District No.378 for the improvement of 13 Maple Street from 23 rd Street to -Everett "venue by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete 15 curbs, construction of Portland cement concrete pavement, instal- 16 lati on of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes 17 and doing all other ork necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2O27 of the City of ,Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby 20 in all things approved and confirmed. 21 ! Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and 22 parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby 23 declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement , in at 24 least the amount charged against the same, and that the assess- 25 ment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several 26 assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied 27 an assessment against each lot,tract and parcel/6f land and other 28 29 30 -1- 31
