WHEREAS, the COAST ICE AND COLD STORAGE COMPANY, a corp- oration, by a Bill of Sale dated Fe i?l3f:r 1 r, 1923 granted, bargained, sold, assigned, and delivered to the undersigned NORTHWEST HEATING AND POWER COMPANY, a corporation, all right, title, and interest in and to the franchise granted to first party by Ordinance No. 2039 of the City of Everett, a municip- al corporation, together with all rights theretofore acquired by the Coast Ice and Cold Storage Company by use under said franchise, NOW THEREFORE, the Northwest Heating and Power Company, ja corporation, of Everett, Washington, in compliance with the conditions of said Ordinance and franchise, hereby accepts the terms of said franchise and agrees to perform all the con- ditions required of the Grantee thereunder, and hereby adopts the tariff in use by the Coast Ice and Cold Storage Company.
