Do not click links or open attachments
unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Good morning,
I have an unusual permitting situation with a client that I need assistance with. Crossroad SIGN is
producing new exterior illuminated signage to replace the existing signs for a Jimmy John's franchisee
with two locations in Everett, the permit numbers are 52308-017 and 52308-018.
The permits for the initial sign plans were approved and issued but then the Jimmy John's corporate
parent brand requested redesign, so Crossroad SIGN submitted updated sign plans for permitting which
also were approved and issued. The franchisee was ultimately unhappy with the cost difference for the
changes, so he went to the corporate parent brand and convinced them to go with the originally
approved design. Now I'm unsure how to best proceed because I need both of the permit plans to revert
back to the first sign plans that were submitted.
Is this feasible without incurring the expense and time of a re-review? Please advise the recommended
route to go about reverting to the initially submitted plans.
Kind regards—
Shado Norstegaard
Project Manager
425-481-9411
