If the member is unable to contact the President, the member shall <br />contact the Executive Assistant or Vice President who will notify appropriate parties before <br />the start of the meeting. <br />An additional amendment will have the fourth and when occurring, the fifth, Wednesday of <br />each month be hybrid. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt amended Council Procedures Resolution with an effective date of October 30, 2024. <br /> <br />City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
