Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />A. Project Description: <br />Consulting and project management – Artwork for 5x crosswalks in Downtown Everett. <br /> <br />B. Deliverables: <br /> <br />1. Create a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) including authoring and distribution <br />2. City’s Project Manager will act as liaison with stakeholders and gather notes to determine <br />artwork theme and aesthetic and deliver notes to Contractor to ensure inclusion in RFQ <br />3. Consolidate and present artist responses to RFQ to City Of Everett with recommendations <br />for Artist(s) to Location <br />4. Recommendation will be determined by Artist(s) skill and ability to complete artwork as <br />well as alignment with Cith and stakeholder input. <br />5. In the event that the Artist must make changes to the design during construction, the Artist <br />shall present any changes in the scope, design, character, medium, structure or installation <br />of the project to the City for approval. <br />6. The Artist shall acknowledge the City’s role in funding the Work in all public <br />presentations and written, printed or electronic publication of information regarding the <br />Work. <br />7. Work with subcontracted artist(s) to develop and finalize design based on feedback from <br />the City and local stakeholders <br />8. Deliver digital, production-ready artwork to City of Everett. 5x designs. <br /> <br />C. Consultation: <br />The Contractor will consult as necessary with the City’s Project Manager (or design staff <br />and/or sub-consultants) in order to complete the Scope of Work specified in this Agreement. <br /> <br />D. Art Work Description: <br />Crosswalk art, 5 designs. Style and form to be determined following advisory input and <br />subcontracted artist(s) proposals <br /> <br />E. Technical Specifications: <br />The City of Everett is responsible for procuring materials and completing installation. <br /> <br />
