Contact names and telephone numbers shall be listed for <br />31 each project. <br />32 <br />33 Contractor shall submit a Manufacturer’s certification, prior to start of work, that the <br />34 retaining wall system components meet the requirements of this specification and the <br />35 structure design. <br />36 <br />37 Contractor shall submit certificate of compliance for each lot of bond breaker material <br />38 delivered. <br />39 <br />40 Contractor shall submit a sample of each different unit for approval. <br />41 <br />42 Contractor shall provide soil testing and quality assurance inspection during <br />43 earthwork and wall construction operations. Contractor shall provide quality control <br />44 testing and inspection during construction. Owner’s quality assurance program does <br />45 not relieve the contractor of responsibility for quality control and wall performance. <br />46 <br />47 8-26.1(3)Delivery, Storage and Handling <br />48 Contractor shall check all materials upon delivery to assure that the proper type, <br />49 grade, color, and certification have been received. <br />50
