Upon submittal of the revised documents, your <br /> application will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> General / Architectural (Reviewer: Yin Lu) <br /> 1. Please provide detail drawing to demonstrate how the new exterior 6"wall to be <br /> constructed. <br /> 2. Please indicate the ceiling height in the drawing. <br /> 3. Please label all new door/window on the drawing and provide header design for new <br /> openings. If door or window are existing, please also label them as existing. <br /> 4. Roof ventilation strategy and detail design should be provided based on IRC 806. Detail <br /> drawing is necessary to demonstrate the ventilation strategy. <br /> 5. Insulation should be specified for all exterior walls, floors, slab-on-grade, and ceiling/roof <br /> cavities per WSEC Table 402.1.1. <br /> 6. Where the proposed project includes <br /> modifications to existing building components (e.g., gypsum wall board, insulation, etc.), <br /> these components should be similarly delineated from existing component that are not <br /> being altered.
